2. Principle

The website itself does not use cookies, tracking services, analytics scripts, social media plug-ins or embedded content from other providers. Fonts, images and videos are served locally.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the site is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data in server log files to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact by email

Information sent by email is processed solely to answer the inquiry and is deleted afterwards unless statutory retention duties apply. Emails to vanessa@vanessaschlesier.com are processed through Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). A transfer to Google LLC in the United States cannot be ruled out; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

5. Local storage

The selected language is stored locally in the browser and is not transmitted to Vanessa Schlesier.

Depending on applicable law, data subjects have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority.
